Executive Coaching
You know there’s a next level. You haven’t accessed the part of you that gets you there yet.
Private, identity-level work for executives who've outgrown the rooms they've been in.
You're successful by every external measure. The peer group, the mastermind, the accountability circle were useful for a while, and now they aren't. The conversations stay at the level of tactics and goals, and the thing you actually need to talk about doesn't have language yet. You can feel there's more in you, and you've started to suspect the work to close the gap isn't out there.
You're measuring yourself against something you set down years ago, on terms that aren't yours anymore. The harder you push, the further the line moves, because the definition itself was never updated for who you've become.
In the first conversation, I name what you've been circling. From there, we start by getting clear on the perceived goals and land on the real ones. Then, whatever you bring to a session, we work at three layers: tactical (the move in front of you), behavioral (what's driving how you're showing up around it), and identity (what you've been telling yourself and the impact on your presence). No matter the topic, I work the layers. That's how every conversation moves the needle, no matter where it starts.
This is selective and capacity-limited. If it's a fit, it's the deepest work I do.
