Kind of. The conversation will feel very similar but the main difference is coaching focuses on moving you forward. You share past experiences but you don’t stay there. Its about momentum and taking action.

Typically clients come thinking they want to address one thing and once started, they realize what they need is something totally different. The length of time to see results its directly correlated with the effort you put into the sessions and your desire to evolve. Heather doesn’t recommend anything less than a 3 month engagement.
